QLD – Rural Law – Water Allocation/Licence

The following forms are now available in LEAP:

  • Form WsF163 – Application for a water licence (LL-QLD-RW-001);
  • Form W2F006 – Application for licence to interfere with the course of flow (LL-QLD-RW-002);
  • Form W2F162 – Application for transfer of water licence or interim water allocation (LL-QLD-RW-003);
  • Form W2F125 – Application to relocate all or part of a water licence (LL-QLD-RW-004);
  • Form W2F048 – Transfer notice (Notice of intention to proceed with application to relocate a water licence (LL-QLD-RW-005).
