FED – Family Law – Financial Statement

A new version of the Financial Statement has been released with enhanced automation.  The new Financial Statement now allows for an ‘Additional Items’ functionality which enables the operator to input a maximum of five items for each relevant question, thus allowing the form to expand.

FED – Business Name Forms

As of Monday 28 May 2012 the ASIC national business names register has gone live.  The new national register has replaced the existing eight state and territory registers, simplifying business name registration in Australia by offering a single national service.  This means that every business name form is now completed online through ASIC. Therefore, the profile in LEAP called “Business Structures and Names Forms” will be deleted.

The following is a list of forms deleted in that profile, namely:

  • ACT – Form No 501 – Cessation of Business Name (LL-FED-BSN-001)
  • NSW – Form No 5 – Application to cancel registration of a business name (LL-FED-BSN-002)
  • NSW – Form No 1 – Application for registration of a business name (LL-FED-BSN-003)
