Earlier this week the profile merge between the LEAP and By Lawyers profiles was finalised and made live for clients.
Since this time it has come to our attention that some client precedents have disappeared and are inaccessible for clients to move to the new profile.
This has been rectified by re-associating the old LEAP profiles with the matter types. However the new profiles have been renamed ‘To be deleted – [Old profile name]’. This re-assignment of profiles will allow clients to access their firm precedents and enable them to move their firm precedents into either their own firm profile or the current associated profile with that specific matter type. If you are unsure on how to do this, please refer to the LEAP User Manual.
To get access to these profiles you will need to run an online update for V10.2 clients and for Cloud firms, they should be available shortly.
These profiles that are currently marked ‘To Be Deleted’ as they will be removed at a time to be specified later. You will be advised of the date of their removal via email and this Content Blog – however we will give you plenty of notice so that your forms can be moved.
We would like to thank our clients for their patience.
