In accordance with Revenue NSW’s updates for transfer duty calculations for dutiable transactions commencing 1 July 2020, the general rate and premium rate for stamp duty calculations for NSW Conveyancing & Property transactions in LEAP has been updated.
Purchase matters require input of Exchange Date under Calendar & Tasks for accurate stamp duty calculations in the Conveyancing details table.
The default Stamp Duty Payable figure in the Conveyancing details table also takes into consideration fees for duplicate document and transfer fees. To view the value for Stamp Duty Payable excluding fees for duplicate document and transfer fees, please select the option (Yes) to exclude these fees in the first tab of the Conveyancing details table.
