Enduring power of attorney (LL-NSW-WPA-37) and General power of attorney (LL-NSW-WPA-03) have been extensively re-coded and can be used in the following matter types:
- Power of Attorney & Enduring Guardianship
- Will – One Person
- Wills – Two people appointing each other
The forms have been re-coded to allow for appointment of more than one Attorney jointly or severally. Previously, the coding provided, for instance, that husband would only appoint wife as Attorney with no one else being appointed. To achieve this change the ‘Attorney’ and ‘Client 2 Attorney’ table types MUST be completed even if husband and wife are appointing each other.
